At Kiru, each piece is crafted with thought and care using Eco Brass and finished in 18KT high-shine Gold and Silver. Our jewellery is free from nickel and lead, making it safe and gentle to wear. To preserve its beauty, we recommend gently cleaning with a soft cloth, storing pieces individually to prevent scratches, and keeping them in a clean, dry place.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Standard dispatch timelines are 10–15 working days, while Ready-to-Ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 working days, and embroidered pieces may take 15–20 working days.

For international orders, shipping timelines may vary depending on the destination. We do not accept any exchange on sale items.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pick-up is only available in cases of faulty or incorrect deliveries, while customers are responsible for the charges on exchange pick-ups.

We do not offer returns; only exchanges are allowed as per our policy. Store credits are issued for the same value as your order
