Exchange Policy

At Kiru, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery. We also offer store credit equal to the value of your purchase, which can be used within three months from the date of your order.

For international customers outside India, please note that re-shipping charges will apply in the case of an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition-unworn, undamaged, with all labels attached, and accompanied by its original packaging and any accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at kirudesignstudio@gmail.com. Our team will assist you with the process and confirm the availability of the item you wish to exchange. Any parcels returned after the 15-day window will unfortunately be refused and sent back to the sender.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on sale items.
