Sale Policy
All sale purchases at Kiru are final and cannot be cancelled once an order is placed. Sale items are available only in standard sizes, and no customizations will be accepted. If alterations are required, they can be arranged at an additional charge of INR 1000 per piece.
Returns or exchanges are not applicable on sale items, except in cases where the incorrect product has been delivered or the item has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect. Such claims will be verified by our Quality Check team, and once approved, our Customer Care team will advise you on the next steps.
In order for a return to be accepted under these conditions, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact. The item must reach us within ten days from the date of approval by our Customer Care team. Any parcel received after this prescribed time frame shall not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Once a return passes the quality check, Kiru issues a credit note of the same value. This credit can be redeemed at checkout on your next purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any items, whether sale or non-sale.
While we make every effort to display product colors accurately, variations may occur due to individual device screen settings. As a result, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the product.
