Shipping Policy

At Kiru, every piece is made with care, attention, and time. All standard orders are processed and shipped within 12–15 working days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. For our hand-embroidered pieces, the shipping timeline extends up to 15 working days, as each design is carefully handmade by our all- artisan team in India. Delivery within India usually takes place within 14 days of dispatch, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store credits are issued for the same value as your order and remain valid for three months from the date of issue. To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, with all tags intact and accessories included. To initiate a return, kindly email us with your order number, name, and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping and we strongly recommend using a registered courier with tracking, as Kiru cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note that we do not accept refunds, and returns are only processed as exchanges or store credits. Items purchased during sale periods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any parcels sent back after the 14-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed directly by the courier once the parcel reaches its destination country. If these charges are refused, the shipment will be considered abandoned and will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
